Septic System Installation and Tanks

Before we can build you a septic system A Qualified Person or Professional Engineer must perform a lot assessment on the property; select or design the appropriate system for the property and obtain a Notification Receipt or Approval number from Nova Scotia Environment.
The assessment will include an evaluation of the soils and take into account any confining features of the lot - including property boundaries, watercourses and wells. We work with several QP’s and are happy to refer depending on your location.
Once your permit is issued we can advise approximate costs and a timeline for installation . Veinotte Enterprises manfacture a range of septic and holding tanks.

Wells & Walls

As per the Nova Scotia Environment Act all our well diggers are certified by Nova Scotia Environment and attend regular continuing education and training through the Nova Scotia Ground Water Association.

Leveling a mobile building is crucial for stability, proper door and window operation, and preventing structural damage. The process begins by selecting a solid foundation, such as compacted gravel, concrete pads, or concrete blocks. Levelling all corners and centre points for even alignment. Shims or levelling wedges may be used for fine adjustments. Once level, anchor systems, such as tie-downs or ground anchors, are secured to prevent shifting due to wind or settling.
